Patients are contacted on a monthly basis to complete a short Friends and Family survey. Many of our patients provide us with commentary that we share with our staff and use to make improvements where possible. This isn’t always possible due to funding restraints and physical restraints such as room availability and the location of the health centre in Stanhope.

I tried but was unable. Your kind and helpful medical secretary looked into it and sent me to Sunderland NHS Trust, I got an appointment within 2 weeks.”
