We have a number of ways that patients can interact with the practice:
Patient Participation Group (PPG)
The PPG consists of a small committee comprised of patients who normally meet up every six weeks to discuss the running of the practice and to give feedback to the practice from patients.
If you are interested in joining the PPG, please email the Practice Manager at stanhope.practice@nhs.net.
Patient Surveys
We carry out regular Friends and Family feedback surveys via text. Patients also have the option to complete forms that are available in the waiting areas.
We also carry out surveys to gather feedback on specific issues such as patient access.
If you do receive a survey by text, please take the opportunity to help us improve our services by completing the survey.
