Over 80s – We have contacted or tried to contact all our over 80 year olds who are not classed as housebound to invite them to the clinics at North House Surgery. The majority have attended and been vaccinated. If you haven’t been contacted then please get in touch with the practice as you may have missed our calls.
Any over 80s who are housebound will be vaccinated by the district nursing team, they will arrange this soon.
Care home workers and frontline staff – You are eligible to be vaccinated, please contact the practice to arrange, please be aware that you may be contacted with short notice
75 – 79 year olds – we have started to contact this group of patients by text and by phone. The appointments offered will be at North House Surgery at Crook. Current clinics are 13th and 14th of January (and are almost fully booked now), we do not yet have a date for our next delivery. If you haven’t got booked in yet then you will be sent a text when the next clinics go on to the system or you will be contacted by phone.
By far the easiest method to get in touch and let you know about vaccination clinics and appointments is by mobile phone text service, if we don’t have a mobile registered for you then please help us by contacting the practice and giving us a mobile number for yourself or a trusted family member. Thank you.
