Due to unforeseen short-notice leave, we are unable to accept any more requests for GP appointments. Forms submitted will be triaged and for patients with appointments today, unless you are contacted, your appointment will go ahead with a different clinician.

Please phone 111 or 999 in the event of an emergency.

Please accept our apologies and please be kind to the admin staff who will be answering calls and having the difficult job or then sign-posting you to other community services, 111 or 999.
