Patient Communication for List Maintenance

Please be advised that NHS England, in collaboration with PCSE, may send communications (via SMS, email, or letter) to patients to verify their home address. This is part of their routine list maintenance activities.

Correspondence will be sent from the email address nhs.confirm.your.address@notifications.service.gov.uk or via text from NHSdetails. For cyber security reasons, authentic NHS text messages will not contain any links.
