OP Courage Open Day Tuesday 09 September 10:00 – 14:00, Vermont House, Washington, NE37 2SQ

Veterans, families, friends, carers and professionals are all welcome to attend Op Courage open day for an opportunity to network and share information.

This event is for anyone to come along no booking required.

There will be a number of different organisations joining the event on the day to share information about their service and what support is available for our veterans, service leavers, reservists and their family/carers.

Also on the day you can expect a free group mindfulness session by the Psychological Therapists and a presentation on who’s who at OP Courage.

Food & Refreshments will be available on the day for a small donation to CNTW Shine Fund and raffle prizes.
