Telephone System – Changes

Please note that the telephone system has had a few changes this week:
- The first message that you hear has been changed. Please listen to the message before selecting an option.
- There is now only one option to choose from to help us manage the call volumes – press 1 to be put through to the admin team. If you dial 2 or 3, you will be disconnected.
- You can request a callback but callers are only given this option when there are a certain number of callers waiting. If you don’t get the option to callback, then you are in a high queue position.
- We have a limit on the number of callers who can join the queue. Please try again later.
