Friends and Family Feedback – April

Thank you to all of our patients who completed the short friends and family survey for contacts made in April. The survey is your opportunity to provide feedback on a regular basis to help shape the future of the practice.

We get some wonderful feedback and some less so. The practice management team review the feedback on a monthly basis; share any named feedback with the individuals as this is useful for clinical re-validation; and take into consideration feedback where we need or can to make improvements.

Car-parking and the short hill walk is a common theme in every survey and unfortunately we are not able to do much with regards to our location or the number of parking spaces.
