Patient Check-in Screen

The self-service check-in screen has now been moved to reception and is up and running. All you need to do is enter a few bits of information about yourself and you will be ‘arrived’ on our clinical system. This will update the clinical system and the relevant clinician will be able to see that you are waiting in the reception area.

We will normally still have a member of staff on the reception desk to answer queries from patients but there may be certain times of the day when there is no member of staff on reception. During these times, there is a bell which is located next to the check-in screen.
