Our new website has lots of new useful information. One is the “who do i see’ page.
This explains which clinician you are likely to have an appointment with depending on the reason. We are often asked why the admin/reception team ask for information when patients are asking to book an appointment and this new page should help patients understand a bit more about care navigation and why everyone doesn’t need to see a doctor.
