Friends and Family Tests

The NHS Friends and Family Tests (FFT) were created to help service providers and commissioners understand whether their patients are happy with the service provided, or where improvements are needed. It is a quick and anonymous way to give your views after receiving care or treatment across the NHS.

The Weardale Practice is always grateful for your feedback as one of our patients to improve the service in which we provide to you. We would really appreciate it if you could take the time to complete one of these forms either before or after your appointment, the forms are anonymous and can be put into the box on reception upon completion. The data from these forms will be collected and reviewed at the end of each month. You can find these forms in our reception area, feel free to ask a member of staff if you require any more information.

Thank you.
